A toast to artichokes!

Here's a new twist to your holiday cocktail: combine one of our favorite Italian liqueurs with soda for a savory yet crisp aperitif.

In a glass tumbler combine:

- Ice

- 1 ounce Cynar (an Italian bitter liqueur made from herbs, plants & artichokes)

- Top with club soda

- Garnish with a lemon wedge

- Stir to combine
